This is me Beatrice Isabel. I want to tell you about my experiences in Milwaukee. I had a good time at the Conference and I enjoyed the tour around the growing power garden. One of my favorite things was making bouquets. Why? I like making bouquets because I like flowers and I like creating new things.

I, went to Milwaukee with my co-workers Terrell Smith ,Melissa Lipford Alex Henriquez, Tavon McNair, Jon Wright and  Ian Marvy.

This is the growing power leadership youth corps. Growing Power Community Development Program works with youth and other organizations. Growing Power provides  the opportunity to learn how food is grown, processed, and distributed.

The tours to groups all around the the Growing Power garden teach all the participants in the conference about their work. Here is the list of the work that the Growing Power staff does:  Aquaculture and aquaponics, composting, horticulture, animals, beekeeping, vermiculture, and anaerobic digesters.
